What says "summer" more than spending a relaxed late-July evening sipping chilled rosé and dining on fresh New England lobsters and seafood? Not much, in our opinion!

Spend a midsummer evening at Bondir enjoying Chef Bond's 5-course menu of catch-of-the-day lobsters and farm-fresh seasonal vegetables. The seasonal menu - inspired by the recipes from several of Chef Bond's vintage New England cookbooks - will be paired with rosé styles from a variety of French wineries.

We are thrilled that our semi-annual all-vegan menu has become so popular. It has always been Chef Bond's passion to showcase the full range of seasonal vegetable flavors. This dinner event will feature locally-sourced ingredients from the organic farms we've worked with for many years, like Sweet Autumn Farm in Carlisle, MA and Hutchins Farm in Concord, MA.

After scouting out the best ingredients from the farms, Chef Bond has just finalized the menu.

SPECIAL BEERS!

Alongside each course of our "Pignik" menu, we will be pouring some fun summer beers. A special one in particular is a Flemish-Style Red Ale aged in red wine barrels -- the 2009 (ten years old!) Oude Tart from California.

“Often described as the most ‘wine-like’ beer style, Oude Tart is a shining example of the style and is an outstanding beer to prove to the casual beer drinking just how complex a beer can actually be. The first sip may be shocking to your senses, but the final sip always comes too soon.” BeerPulse.com
